This heirloom variety was first mentioned in documents dating back to 1863. Just as the name suggest, the Blue Curled Scotch kale has curly blue-green leaves which grow tightly into a compact plant. Not challenged by the cold, this kale will let you harvest fresh leaves until very late in the season. In fact, after a couple frosts, its taste will even get sweeter!
