Some seeds are more difficult to germinate than others and require specific treatment, such as cold stratification or soaking in warm water, to ensure successful germination. You will find this information in the growing instructions on each seed's information sheet.
If, despite having followed the instructions carefully, you are unable to germinate your seeds, we will be happy to refund or replace your packet free of charge.
